Product Description

Hardfacing Electrode TWD 60GRZ(Standards: DIN 8555: E 10-UM-60-GRZ/ EN14700:E Fe14; AWS EFeCrA 1) High wear-resistant overlay welding rods, specially developed to withstand intense abrasive wear and medium impact under harsh working conditions. They can effectively protect key components such as conveying screws, scrapers, digging teeth, mining machine blade wings, sand pumps, etc. At the same time, they are also an ideal surface material for overlay welding repair of crusher jaw plates, significantly extending the service life of equipment in severe wear environments.

Product Core Positioning
In conditions where abrasive wear is dominant, mere surface hardness is insufficient to provide long-term protection. UTP LEDURIT 6L achieves this by means of its optimized alloy system, which ensures wear resistance while also maintaining the necessary impact toughness. This creates a robust and long-lasting protective barrier, making it an ideal choice for balancing extreme wear resistance with suitability for specific working conditions.
Core advantages and features
Outstanding resistance to abrasive wear
The weld layer metal is specially designed to withstand strong abrasive materials such as quartz sand, ores, and ash slag. It offers far superior wear resistance compared to ordinary materials, directly reducing the frequency of component replacements and maintenance costs.
Excellent welding process performance, enhancing construction efficiency
The welding rod has an excellent welding operation feel, with stable arc and little spatter. The welding slag can be easily removed automatically, and the weld surface is uniform, fine, and presents a fine fish-scale pattern. In most application scenarios, it can be directly put into use after welding without the need for grinding, which greatly saves processing time and costs in the later stage.
Good resistance to moderate impact
While maintaining high hardness, the weld layer has certain toughness and crack resistance, capable of withstanding moderate mechanical impacts such as scraper pushing, excavation, and material impact, and avoiding brittle shedding.
As a high-value component, the wear-resistant strengthening layer
It is particularly suitable for being used as the final wear-resistant layer for high-value wear-prone parts such as crusher jaw plates and hammer heads. It can also be used for repairing worn-out parts to restore or even enhance the performance of the original equipment at a lower cost.

Typical application fields
Material conveying systems: screw conveyor (conveyor blade), scraper conveyor scraper, chute lining.
Mining and extraction equipment: excavators, mining machine teeth, blade wings, cutting teeth.
Mud and sand pumping equipment: pump casing, impeller, guard plate and other flow-through components.
Crushing equipment: Final wear-resistant layer welding on the worn surfaces of jaw plates of jaw crushers, impact breaker hammer plates, etc.
