Stainless Steel welding electrode classification-2

A102 stainless steel welding electrode

Comply with GB/T:E308-16 Equivalent to AWS:E308-16

Description: A102 is a Cr19Ni10 stainless steel electrode with calcium titanium coating. It has good mechanical properties and resistance to intergranular corrosion. It can be used in both AC and DC, and has excellent operating performance.

Application: Used for corrosion-resistant 0Cr19Ni9 and 0Cr19Ni10Ti stainless steel structures with working temperatures below 300°C.

A132 stainless steel welding electrode

Model GB/T: E347-16 Equivalent to AWS: E347-16

Description: Titanium-calcium type niobium-containing Cr19Ni10Nb stainless steel electrode has excellent crack resistance and intergranular corrosion resistance, can be used in both directions and has excellent processability.

Application: Used for important corrosion-resistant 0Cr19Ni11Ti stainless steel containing titanium stabilizing elements.

A172 stainless steel welding electrode

Model GB/T: E307-16 Equivalent to AWS: E307-16

Description: Titanium-calcium stainless steel welding electrode, used in both directions and has excellent crack resistance.

Application: Used for welding ASTM307 steel and other dissimilar steels, and also used for surfacing welding of impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant steel and transition layers, such as high manganese steel and quench hardening steel.

A202 stainless steel welding electrode

Model GB/T: E316-16 Equivalent to AWS: E316-16

Description: Calcium titanium type Cr18Ni12Mo2 stainless steel electrode, due to the addition of molybdenum to the weld metal, has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and crack resistance, especially good against chloride ion pitting corrosion, can be used in both AC and DC, and has excellent processability.

Application: 0Cr18Ni12Mo2 stainless steel used for working in organic acid and inorganic acid media.

A212 stainless steel welding electrode

Model GB/T: E318-16 Equivalent to AWS: E318-16

Description: Titanium-calcium type niobium-containing Cr18Ni12MoNb stainless steel electrode, the deposited metal has better resistance to intergranular corrosion than A202 and A207. It can be used in both directions and has excellent process performance.

Application: Used for important 0Cr18Ni12Mo2, 0Cr17Ni14Mo2 and other stainless steels, such as urea synthesis towers, vinylon equipment and other components that are exposed to strong corrosive media.

A222 stainless steel welding electrode

Model GB/T: E317MoCu-16

Description: Titanium calcium type Cr19Ni13Mo2Cu stainless steel electrode, because the deposited metal contains copper, has better corrosion resistance than other stainless steel electrodes in acidic media, can be used in both AC and DC, and has excellent process performance.

Application: Used for the same type of copper-containing stainless steel equipment.

A232 stainless steel welding electrode

Model GB/T: E318 V-16

Description: Calcium titanium type Cr18Ni12Mo2V stainless steel welding electrode, used for both AC and DC.

Application: Can be used to weld Cr19Ni10 and 0Cr18Ni12Mo2 stainless steels that are generally heat-resistant and require corrosion resistance.

A242 stainless steel welding electrode

Model GB/T: E317-16 Equivalent to AWS: E317-16

Description: Titanium-calcium type niobium-containing Cr19Ni13Mo3 stainless steel electrode, the deposited metal has a higher molybdenum content than A202, and has good corrosion resistance and anti-spot resistance to non-oxidizing acids, such as sulfuric acid, sulfurous acid, phosphoric acid and organic acids. It has good corrosion resistance, can be used in both AC and DC, and has excellent process performance. .

Application: Used for welding the same type of stainless steel, composite steel, and dissimilar steel.
