  1. Classification of welding methods:

  1. Security matters

The suction performance and air tightness must be checked first when using the torch. The connecting parts, the gas energy channel and the regulating valve of the torch shall not be stained with grease.

When the torch is ignited, open the acetylene valve and oxygen valve to adjust the flame. When the fire, turn off the acetylene and oxygen later. When stopping use, it is forbidden to permanently connect the welding torch, hose and gas source.

When using the cutting torch, the patent skin and rust layer on the working surface should be cleaned, and can not be operated on the cement ground to prevent rust water and cement from splashing in high temperature.

When the cutting torch is ignited, the ignition test should be done first to check whether the cutting nozzle is installed. In a ceasefire, acetylene should be closed first and then oxygen.
