Description: Calcium titanium type Cr17 stainless steel electrode, used for both AC and DC.

Application: Used in Cr17 stainless steel structures that are resistant to nitric acid, corrosion, and heat.

Model GB/T: E308L-16 Equivalent to AWS: E308L-16

Description: Titanium-calcium type ultra-low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel electrode, the carbon content of the deposited metal is ≤0.04%, has good resistance to intergranular corrosion, can be used in both AC and DC, and has good process performance.

Application: Used for ultra-low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel and wear-resistant corrosion-resistant stainless steel (such as 0Cr19Ni11Ti) with working temperatures below 300°C. Mainly used in the manufacture of synthetic fibers, fertilizers, petroleum and other equipment

A022 stainless steel welding electrode

Model GB/T: E316L-16 Equivalent to AWS: E316L-16

Performance: Titanium calcium type ultra-low carbon Cr18Ni12Mo2 stainless steel electrode has good heat resistance, corrosion resistance and crack resistance, can be used in both AC and DC, and has good process performance.

Application: Used in urea, synthetic fiber and other equipment and the same type of stainless steel. It is also used in chromium stainless steel, composite steel and dissimilar steel without heat treatment after welding.

A032 stainless steel welding electrode

Description: Titanium calcium type ultra-low carbon Cr19Ni13Mo2 Cu stainless steel electrode, used for both AC and DC. The weld contains molybdenum and copper and has high corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid medium.

Application: Used for the same type of ultra-low carbon stainless steel working in dilute and medium-concentration sulfuric acid media, such as synthetic fiber and other equipment, and can also be used to weld Cr13Si3 acid-resistant steel.

A042 stainless steel welding electrode

Model GB/T: E309MoL-16 Equivalent to AWS: E309MoL-16

Description: Titanium-calcium type ultra-low carbon Cr23Ni13Mo2Cu stainless steel electrode, used for both AC and DC. An appropriate amount of molybdenum is added to the weld to improve the crack resistance and corrosion resistance of the weld metal. ​

Application: used for the same type of ultra-low carbon stainless steel and dissimilar steel, etc.

Features and uses: Calcium titanium type ultra-low carbon Cr23Ni13 stainless steel electrode can be used in both AC and DC. It can resist intergranular corrosion caused by carbide precipitation even when it does not contain stabilizing elements such as niobium and titanium. It is used for stainless steel, composite steel and dissimilar steel, such as synthetic fiber, petrochemical and other equipment. It is also used for transition layer surfacing on the inner wall of nuclear reactor pressure vessels and internal components of the tower.
